Nothing. voltenarm.com has no forms, no sign-up, no analytics counters, no advertising pixels and no cookies. We do not track visits and do not build visitor profiles.
The only automatic records are the hosting server logs: IP address, request date, page address, browser type. They exist to run and protect the server, are kept no longer than 30 days, and are never used for marketing.
We hold data only when you contact us — via WhatsApp, email, phone, or a message on Instagram or Facebook. Then we receive what you chose to tell us: name, phone number, email address, company name, the content of your enquiry.
We use it to reply, prepare a quotation, sign a contract and deliver the order. For nothing else.
WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook belong to Meta. Conversations there pass through Meta servers and follow Meta's own rules, which we cannot influence:
We never sell data and never pass it on for advertising.
Sharing happens only where your own order requires it — with a carrier, a customs broker, a bank — and only to the extent without which the delivery cannot be completed. And where the law of the Republic of Armenia requires it.
Correspondence and enquiry details are kept while the work is running, and afterwards for the period the law requires for transaction records. If no transaction took place, we delete them on your request or within a year of your last contact.
You may ask what data we hold about you, and request correction, deletion, or that we stop processing it. Write to kolya@voltenarm.com — we answer within 30 days.
Send an email to kolya@voltenarm.com with the subject "Data deletion" and state the phone number or email address you contacted us from.
We will delete the correspondence and contact details within 30 days and confirm the deletion by reply. Only documents we are legally obliged to keep will remain — contracts and accounting records.
Conversations held inside WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook are deleted through those services themselves, on Meta's side: we have no access to their storage.
